Peter launched AMRL (Cayman) Limited on 1 July 2023 having previously spent 5 years working for a leading independent Cayman Islands Law firm where his practice areas included local regulatory advice, asset finance, corporate finance and structured finance. He has extensive knowledge of aircraft and vessel financing. Peter regularly advises on, entity formations, corporate restructuring, local Cayman Islands business licensing and mergers and acquisitions. Peter also provides compliance advice on matters such as data protection. Peter is well known in the Cayman Islands maritime sector with over 15 years of practice.
